The island prize
Raspberry Island is an ocean island found in the southern part of Canada’s Atlantic Nova Scotia province. The Gulf stream ensures the island is lapped with warm waters, and it is protected by numerous other islands. This crescent-shaped paradise isle is close to the mainland and a fishing harbour, and can be reached in 2.5 hours by car from the Halifax International Airport.

How to get those island raffle tickets
The island competition is open to absolutely all 24option customers. Those opening a new account can enter, as can binary options veterans. The more traders trade, the closer they get to owning the island. The competition has already started, running from the start of November to the 24th – with the all important raffle drawn on November the 25th.
Here are the headline rules of the competition;
- Winning the competition is through the raffle only
- Users must deposit a minimum of £1,000, used for trading.
- Competition is for new users and existing users alike
- For new clients – Each £1,000 deposit grants the trader 1 raffle ticket
- For an existing client – They must deposit a minimum of £1,000 to enter the competition (regardless of existing balance)
- Trading volume – The more a trader trades, the better their chances to win the raffle. The higher the trading volume is, the more raffle tickets are awarded.
So there are three ways to gain tickets for the raffle;
- Net deposits. Each £1k deposit earns 1 raffle ticket. So a £10k deposit would earn 10 tickets for the raffle. The ticket count works on the net deposit, so if the initial deposit is £10k, but £3k is withdrawn, 7 tickets would be awarded. Likewise the existing balance cannot be withdrawn and deposited again, as the net deposit would be zero.
- Trading Volume. If a trader reaches a trading volume of £100k, they will earn 1 ticket. This is only awarded for the first £100k.
- Traders Competition. The top 30 traders, based on number of trades will earn additional tickets for the raffle. A leaderboard will be running throughout the competition to show traders where they stand.
The Traders competition includes any trade using, High/Low, Boundary, One Touch or Short term option types, where the trade value was £100 or greater. Traders will be automatically entered as soon as they make a deposit of £1k. Winners will be informed via phone or email. Tickets for the island raffle will be awarded to the top 30 traders as follows;
1) 100 Tickets
2) 50 Tickets
3) 40 Tickets
4) 30 Tickets
5) 20 Tickets
6-10) 15 Tickets
11 – 20) 10 Tickets
21 – 30) 5 Tickets
